We are excited to grow our team, and we are in need of a dynamic, results oriented Sales Development Representative. Our perfect match will possess a proven track record of generating and nurturing high quality leads to grow our business. Based on performance, we expect this individual to grow into an Account Executive role within 18-24 months.

What The Day Looks Like:

  • Sourcing, establishing, and building relationships with law firm executives through multiple channels, to include phone, email, and face to face meetings.
  • Creating successful marketing campaigns utilizing e-mail, cold-calling, and other methods to drum up new business
  • Researching and identifying new client opportunities
  • Utilizing a CRM platform to track and map prospective accounts
  • Presenting our services to prospective clients and generating awareness of our brand
  • Maintaining a high level knowledge and understanding of our products and how to tailor them to different clients
  • Participating in trade shows when needed
  • Other related duties, as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Team-first mentality and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, start-up environment
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships and a true passion for working with people
  • Technologically savvy and goal oriented
  • Eager to learn, self-motivated, and able to work successfully without supervision
  • Superior organization and communication skills
  • A 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of previous SDR experience is required, SaaS B2B experience is preferred
