An Implementation Consultant/BA is responsible for build and configuration of Growpath for new customers.  This process will involve a full life cycle implementation including Requirements Documentation, Software Configuration, Testing and Training.

 

Implementation Consultant Duties and Responsibilities

 

An Implementation Consultant’s duties and responsibilities fall into three main categories:

  • Customer onboarding
    • Requirement Gathering, Software Configuration
    • Identifying scope changes
  • Customer Training
  • Testing

 

Customer onboarding

 

Manage the entire process of implementing and launching the GrowPath software service for new customers. Onboarding tasks will include but are not limited to: running client meetings, gathering client requirements, performing software configuration and conducting end-user training sessions.

 

Relevant Skills

 

Implementation Consultants should possess fantastic interpersonal skills and be strong leaders. They need to be highly organized and have experience directing others. They should also be excellent communicators both orally and in writing.  This position requires critical thinking and analysis and the ability to have a broad perspective in analyzing problems and deriving solutions.

 

Core skills:

 

  • 2+ years experience implementing legal case management software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of personal injury legal industry
  • Knowledge of case management
  • Business Process redesign
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
